Returns/ Refunds

These policies pertain to U.S. and International purchases.

Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of original purchase date with a receipt. Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or a merchandise exchange when returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Merchandise returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will not be eligible for a return.

A mail check may be issued when original form of payment is unavailable for credit.

A mail check will be issued when items are paid for by check or e-check* and returned within 30 days of the date of purchase online.

Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail

To return any BlackMarketPlaza.com purchase by mail:

1. Circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging on the invoice/ packaging slip and note the reason why.
2. Indicate if you want us to credit the card/ PayPal used to place the order or send you a refund check. If you'd like an exchange, let us know what you want by writing it on the invoice. We will pay the costs for shipping the exchange order.
3. Give the name and address where we should send the check or exchange. If you want it sent to a different address, please indicate the shipping address on the reverse side of the invoice.
4. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the packaging slip. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.

Please make sure to include the original invoice for the original purchase. On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Note* for returns of software purchases please email support to try to resolve your problem before shipping the item back to Black Market Plaza.
